You have chosen your samples wisely. However, you tend to start slow and depend too much on building your beat up. Also, develop your variations more. Listening to the same eight or so notes over and over can get quite tiring. I recommend you check out the works of Yuzo Koshiro of Streets of Rage fame. Also, look up an ost for the Genesis game Verytex. Take note on how their tracks tend to repeat a series of notes throughout, but they spice it up to keep us hooked.

[Hotaru Futaba - Full Moon]

You went a little too much with this rendition. The original rendition was very quiet and graceful. I was a little disappointed by this very bombastic approach. Hotaru is a very shy and timid girl. Someone who's face would get flustered if a boy were to show even a hint of affection. Her music should really capture this innocent aspect of her personality.

The segments where you did the nature narrator were the best. Your voice is very nonchalant. I felt like I was listening to the spawn of HAL 9000 at times.
